Resolving Validation Issues
When you see a
"Not Match":
1. Click on the field to
see more details
2. View the original
document to verify the extracted value
3. Decide which value is
correct:
● If the extracted value
is wrong, correct it
● If the loan tape value
is wrong, note it for your records team
● If the difference is
acceptable, you can proceed (it will still be flagged in reports)
