Reporting And Document Management
View, Publish and manage deal reports and documents after the monthly deal cycle
This section explains how to view, publish, and manage deal reports and documents generated after the monthly deal cycle in the Intain markets platform.
Overview
The Reporting module serves as the primary hub for reviewing the results of the monthly deal cycle. Once recurring calculations are completed, the platform generates a set of standard reports that detail collateral performance, loan-level data, and deal-level summaries. These reports provide transparency for all stakeholders and are securely stored on the platform for ongoing access and audit purposes.
Who Can Access Reporting.
Investor
Can view and download published reports only.
Investors do not have permission to publish or modify reports.
Standard Reports
Reports are accessed through the Reporting sidebar menu. The following standard reports are available for each payment period.
Collateral Report
The Collateral Report displays detailed performance metrics for the loan pool for the selected payment period. It reflects the results of loan processing and recurring calculations and is typically reviewed by the paying agent before being shared with investors.
Loan Tape
The Loan Tape report provides access to the standardized monthly loan tape generated during loan processing.
It displays loan-level data in the Intain standard format, is available for download in Excel format, and is useful for offline analysis and reconciliation.
Consolidated Report
The Consolidated Report provides a high-level summary of the entire deal for the selected payment period. It combines key collateral and deal-level information and is available for download in PDF or Excel formats. This report is commonly used for investor reporting and internal review.
