Funding Notice Review

Funding Notice Review

Learn how lenders review funding notices and complete fund transfers

Overview

Funding notices document approved drawdowns from credit facilities. After a funding request is approved, the facility agent processes the funding notice (approves and e-signs for each lender). Each lender can see the funding notice in their Credit Facility section once the facility agent has e-signed for them, allowing them to review it, transfer funds, and confirm settlement.
