The AI makes predictions based on document content. Unusual documents or poor image quality can affect accuracy. You can always reclassify manually.


Q: Why is a field showing low confidence?

Low confidence usually means the text was unclear, the field format was unexpected, or the AI wasn't certain about the value. Review these carefully.


Q: Can I reprocess a batch?

Yes, use "Revert to Pending" to reprocess. This preserves your previous data while allowing a fresh extraction.
