Your Dashboard
Click Analytics in the
main menu to see your performance metrics.
Processors see:
● Personal processing statistics
● Queue-level metrics for assigned queues
● Time trends for your work
Administrators see:
● All queue metrics
● All processor performance
● System-wide trends
