Upload Signature Popup

When the user clicks on the Certify button, the Upload Signature pop-up will appear, prompting them to upload their digital signature.

Process:

            ●  The user selects and uploads their digital signature.

            ●  Once the signature is successfully uploaded, the Certify button becomes enabled.

            ● Clicking the Certify button finalizes the certification process
