After you've processed and exported all documents in a batch, you can generate an official completion certificate. This certificate:


● Documents what was processed

● Shows validation results

● Includes your electronic signature

● Provides an audit trail for compliance

      Your completion certificate includes: ● Batch information and processing dates ● Summary of folders processed ● Validation results table ● Your electronic signature ● Timestamp and certificate ID Keep this for your compliance records.
    • Generating a Certificate

      After all folders in a batch are exported: 1. Go to the batch 2. Click Issue Certificate 3. Review the eligibility status: a. All non-failed folders must be exported 4. Sign electronically 5. Generate and download the certificate
